These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are the official rules for using our Site, themes, guides, Discord, and services. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. 1. Eligibility and Account Rules
You must be at least 13 years old (or the age required in your country) to use the Site. Parents/guardians, please supervise minors. To create an account (for submissions, newsletters, etc.), provide accurate info and keep it updated. You’re responsible for all activity on your account—treat your password like a VIP access code.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, like spamming or harassment.
2. Site Content and Intellectual Property
Our Stuff: All text, images, theme galleries, guides, logos, and designs (collectively “Content”) are owned by us or our licensors. You get a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use Content for personal, non-commercial DTI inspiration. No downloading, copying, or redistributing without written permission.
Your License: Share our public Content on socials with credit (e.g., “@dresstoimpressthemes”) and a link back. Commercial use? Contact us first.
Roblox Trademarks: “Dress to Impress,” “DTI,” and Roblox marks are third-party property. We use them descriptively; you must comply with Roblox’s Terms of Use.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC)
Share outfits, themes, or feedback? Awesome! By submitting UGC (e.g., via forms, Discord, comments), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, display, and promote it (with credit where possible). You retain ownership but promise it’s original, non-infringing, and suitable for all ages.
Rules for UGC:
- No hate speech, violence, nudity, or illegal content.
- No spam, scams, or self-promo without approval.
- Respect Roblox rules—no cheats, hacks, or exploits.
We may remove violating UGC without notice.
4. Purchases and Payments
Buying premium themes, VIP access, or merch? Prices are in USD. We use secure processors like Stripe or PayPal. All sales are final—no refunds unless required by law (e.g., faulty digital downloads). Expect delivery within 24 hours.
Taxes? Your responsibility. Prices may change; we’ll notify subscribers.
5. Community Guidelines (Discord & Comments)
Our spaces are for positivity and glam:
- Be kind—no bullying, harassment, or toxicity.
- Stay on-topic: DTI themes, outfits, Roblox fun.
- No selling items, scams, or off-site links without mod approval.
- Mods enforce rules; bans are final.
Report issues via Discord #support or email.
6. Prohibited Conduct
Don’t:
- Hack, scrape, or disrupt the Site.
- Use bots or automate interactions.
- Impersonate others or spread misinformation.
- Upload viruses or malware.
- Violate laws or third-party rights.
We monitor for abuse and cooperate with authorities.
7. Third-Party Links and Services
We link to Roblox, socials, and affiliates. We’re not responsible for their content, privacy, or practices. Use at your own risk. Affiliate links may earn us commissions—no extra cost to you.
8. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
AS IS BASIS: The Site and Content are provided “as is” without warranties. We don’t guarantee accuracy, uptime, or virus-free status. DTI tips are for fun—results vary by skill and game updates.
No Liability: To the max extent allowed by law, we’re not liable for indirect damages (e.g., lost votes, device issues) or any claims over $100. Your use is at your risk.

9. Termination
We can suspend or end your access anytime for violations, with or without notice. Surviving terms (e.g., IP, liability) continue post-termination.

These Terms follow U.S. law (Delaware venue). For disputes, contact us first to resolve amicably. If needed, binding arbitration via AAA—no class actions.
